The text 'Claim on your rent gua' appears on screen.

The video opens with a plain purple background and the Simply Business logo. Text appears, first 'Claim on your rent gua', then it completes to 'Claim on your rent guarantee cover from the first missed payment*'. An image of a purple front door on a brick house is added to the top left. Abstract purple brush strokes appear on the background. A 'Learn more' button appears at the bottom left. The video is paced slowly with text appearing sequentially.
