The initial logo animation and the warm, domestic scene with a child and a dog.

The ad opens with a logo animation, then transitions to a scene inside a home. A young girl in rollerblading gear sits on the floor, looking at her mother who is on the couch using her phone. A golden retriever is also on the couch. The scene is slightly blurred and warm-toned. The ad then shows a close-up of the girl talking to the dog, followed by a shot of the mother on the phone. Finally, it transitions to a white background with a golden retriever puppy and text.
