A cartoon dog peeing on a signpost.

The ad opens with a cartoon dog peeing on a signpost. A pink ball bounces into frame, followed by a puppy. The puppy approaches the peeing dog, and the text "Je puppy denkt dat de boze buurhond zijn vriend is." appears. The puppy looks surprised as the larger dog growls. A cloud of smoke erupts, and the puppy is gone. The scene transitions to a veterinary clinic setting where a vet is holding a kitten. Text appears stating "OHRA Huisdierenverzekering" and "Geen zorgen over hoge dierenartskosten.". A sticky note shows "Hechtingen vanaf € 200,-". The vet places the kitten on a table, and the ad ends with the text "Ja, dat is OHRA."
