The appearance of a shark mascot in an insurance ad.
The ad opens with a white background and the text "NO JINGLES OR MASCOTS JUST GREAT INSURANCE". A shark mascot briefly appears on the left side of the screen, then disappears. The text "VISIT NJM.COM TO SEE HOW WE'RE DIFFERENT" appears. The shark mascot reappears, this time more prominently, and then the screen transitions to the NJM logo and tagline.
