A man in a yellow shirt doing lunges while his family is in the background.

The ad opens with a man in a yellow shirt and navy shorts doing lunges, while a woman reads on the couch and a young girl plays dress-up. The man uses a walkie-talkie to communicate with the woman, who responds. The girl, dressed as a superhero, runs to her dad, who picks her up and they hug. The family then sits down for breakfast. A close-up shows a badge being placed on the girl's costume. The ad transitions to the mother and daughter playing outside, then to two men in military uniforms talking, and finally to a video call with the father. The ad concludes with the mother and daughter looking at a laptop screen, followed by the Navy Mutual logo and eligibility information.
