An elderly woman looking sad at an empty plate.

The video opens with a close-up of an elderly woman sitting at a table with an empty plate and cutlery. Text appears on screen. The scene then shifts to a man speaking directly to the camera, followed by an older man looking at a document. The video then returns to the man speaking to the camera, and finally shows a graphic with options for birth years and the National Protection Plan logo. The pacing is relatively quick, with scene changes every few seconds.
