A large, glowing smiley face on a vibrant blue background.

The ad opens with a bright blue, textured background and a glowing white smiley face. The logo for MUTUA MADRILEÑA is in the top left corner, and a phone number and website are in the top right. The smiley face remains on screen for a moment before transitioning to text overlaying the same background. The text is large and white, with smaller text at the bottom. Five icons representing different types of insurance (car, scooter, house, heart, bandage) appear below the main text.
