The ad opens with a scene in a classroom setting, featuring three people in conversation.

The ad opens with a shot of a classroom. Three people are sitting in chairs, facing each other. A woman in a grey cardigan and patterned dress is on the left. A man in a yellow shirt, tie, and badge is in the middle. A woman with braided hair and a colorful striped sweater is on the right. The man in the middle gestures as he speaks. The camera then cuts to a close-up of a desk with a calculator and papers. It then returns to a medium shot of the woman with braided hair, who smiles and nods. The Liberty Mutual logo appears in the bottom left corner of the screen throughout the ad.
