The colorful origami birds and sticky notes create an eye-catching visual.

The ad opens with a stack of colorful sticky notes and several origami birds in vibrant colors (green, blue, pink, orange) arranged on a plain background. The text "Forsikre deg mot understimulering." appears above the objects. The scene then transitions to a white cloud-like graphic with the text "Forsikre deg om en jobb som hjelper deg å vokse." The ad concludes with the "if." logo and the website address "if.no/jobb".
