A close-up of a smiling quokka.

The ad opens with a close-up of a smiling quokka, which then transitions to a wider shot of the quokka lying down and holding up a sign with the number '14' on it. Text appears on screen. Another animated animal, a sloth, appears on the right side of the screen holding a sign that says 'No waits on eligible extras'. The quokka then disappears, and the HBF logo appears at the top of the screen with the text 'Join today on hospital & extras.' The quokka is shown again lying down. The ad has a bright, turquoise background and a cheerful, lighthearted tone.
