The cute animal holding a gift card and the large text 'Up to 12 weeks FREE'.

The ad opens with text 'Up to' and then '12 weeks FREE' appears. A cute, furry animal (possibly a quokka) holding a gift card with 'Plus up to $200 gift card' written on it is shown. The HBF logo is visible. The text 'for new members on hospital & extras.' appears. The animal then holds up a sign that says 'Plus!' and the text 'Join now, claim now on eligible extras.' appears with a list of services: General dental, Physio, Optical, Chiro, and more. Checkmarks appear next to the services. The final scene shows the animal smiling with the text 'Hurry! Join by 12 May. Join today.'
