Aerial view of a prominent monument with a news overlay.

The video opens with an aerial view of the Indiana State Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument, then transitions to a highway sign for Indiana, followed by a shot of the Indiana state flag. It then shows an aerial view of a city roundabout, a traffic jam on a highway, and more cityscapes. The pacing is quick, using a montage of aerial shots and highway footage.
