The initial shot of the woman looking out at the Eiffel Tower with the "¡Hola!" text.

The ad opens with a woman in a baseball cap looking out a window with the Eiffel Tower in the background. Text appears: "¡Hola!". Another woman enters the frame, and the first woman turns to smile at her. The second woman puts her arm around the first, and they take a selfie together. The scene then shifts to a hospital room with a hospital bed and medical equipment, where the two women are standing together. The ad ends with the Chubb logo and text about travel insurance.
