The initial "¡Hola!" and the visual of a flooded room.

The ad opens with a woman in a dark room, a washing machine in the background, and water on the floor. Text appears: "¡Hola!". Then, "Somos Chubb" appears. The woman looks around and then walks through the water. A cat is shown looking at the camera. Another woman in a red sweater appears and smiles. The ad ends with the Chubb logo and text about home insurance.
