The ad opens with a woman in a dark kitchen, looking concerned. Text "¡Hola!" appears. The scene transitions to show the woman looking more perplexed as the text "Somos Chubb" appears. She then looks around as if something is happening. A cat is shown looking directly at the camera. The woman is then seen wading through water in the kitchen, carrying a red object. Another woman in a red sweater appears and smiles. The final scene shows the Chubb logo and text about home insurance.
