The news anchor's direct address and the urgent "CALIFORNIA ALERTS" graphic.

A female news anchor in a dark blazer sits at a desk in a studio with a blue background displaying "CALIFORNIA ALERTS". She speaks directly to the camera, gesturing with a pen. Interspersed are short, blurry video clips: one showing people in a building lobby with a date stamp "15-01-2018", another showing people on a balcony overlooking the ocean, and a third showing people through a glass door. The pacing is quick, cutting between the anchor and the clips.
