The opening shot of a person in a snowy environment with a tow truck immediately sets a scene of potential winter trouble.

The ad opens with a snowy scene, showing a person in a winter coat facing away from the camera, with a tow truck in the background. The text "For a winter without worries" appears. The scene shifts to a CAA Quebec tow truck driver in a high-visibility vest, interacting with a member and then with a car. The text "24/7 Roadside Assistance" is displayed. Another shot shows the driver working on a car on the side of a snowy road, with the text "In Canada and the United States" and "As driver or as passenger". The ad concludes with the text "Discover all the benefits" and the CAA Quebec logo.
