The initial text "Llegamos en 'fa'" and the image of a smiling driver.

The video opens with a man driving a car, looking to the side with a smile. Text overlays appear: "Llegamos en 'fa'" and then "Llegada Exprés" with animated icons of a car and a phone. The scene transitions to a woman leaning out of a car window, smiling. The background is a bright orange, with the BBVA logo prominently displayed. The pacing is quick, with text and graphics appearing and disappearing.
