A woman looking into a crystal ball with a miniature scene inside.

The ad opens with a woman looking into a crystal ball, where a miniature scene of an HVAC technician working on an outdoor unit is playing out. A fortune teller, with a dramatic expression, gestures towards the crystal ball. The scene shifts to a closer view of the crystal ball, showing the technician working. The fortune teller then speaks with exaggerated enthusiasm about American Home Shield's ability to cover major home systems and appliances. The ad concludes with the American Home Shield logo and website.
