The shattering ice revealing the WHOOP logo.

The video opens with a dark, abstract shot of shattering ice or glass, revealing the WHOOP logo. It then transitions to a woman with curly hair standing at the edge of a hole cut into ice on a frozen body of water. She looks contemplative, then dives into the dark water. The scene shifts to her submerged, reaching upwards towards the light. Finally, she is shown in the water with another person, looking up at the sky as the text appears.
