The immediate visual of people reacting in pain to cold and sweet stimuli.

The ad opens with two split screens. In the top panel, a woman recoils in pain, holding a glass of ice water. In the bottom panel, a man winces as he bites into a popsicle. The scene then transitions to a dentist, Dr. Janice Pronstroller, speaking directly to the camera and gesturing with her hands. The ad concludes with a shot of Sensodyne toothpaste and toothbrushes, along with text highlighting the brand's benefits.
