The image of blood in toothpaste foam in a sink drain is a strong visual hook.

The ad opens with a close-up of a sink drain with foamy toothpaste mixed with blood, implying a dental issue. The text asks if the viewer spits blood when brushing. This transitions to a person holding a tube of Parodontax toothpaste, with the text stating that they need an expert in gum health. The ad then shows the Parodontax Active Gum Health mouthwash and the toothpaste, with text indicating the toothpaste is a medical device. The final scene shows the products with a call to action.
