The initial distorted, colorful visual of the mouthwash bottle.

The video opens with a distorted, psychedelic view of a red bottle of mouthwash, then transitions to a clear shot of the bottle being held by hands. The bottle is red with a blue and white patterned cap. Text overlays appear, highlighting benefits and a call to action. The ad ends with a shot of both the mouthwash bottle and a tube of toothpaste.
