A cigarette being held close to a woman's face.

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman looking down, with a cigarette being held near her face. The scene shifts to an office environment where two women are interacting. One woman is sitting at a desk, typing on a laptop, while the other leans over her, holding a cigarette. The woman at the desk looks uncomfortable. The scene then returns to a close-up of the first woman, who appears to be struggling. A hand reaches into a bag and pulls out a small spray bottle. The woman then sprays the product into her mouth. The ad transitions to show the product packaging and then a montage of different Nicotinell products. The pacing is relatively quick, with cuts between close-ups and wider shots.
