The initial scene of two women interacting in an office, with one appearing stressed or contemplative.

The ad opens with two women in an office setting. One woman is sitting at a desk with a laptop, and the other is leaning over her shoulder, seemingly offering advice or support. The scene transitions to a close-up of a Nicotinell spray bottle being held and then sprayed into a woman's mouth. The bottom half of the screen consistently displays the Nicotinell logo, product packaging, and marketing text. The pacing is moderate, with quick cuts between the office interaction and the product demonstration.
