The initial dark, mysterious shot of a hand reaching for a door handle, combined with the on-screen clock and the MEDADOM logo.

The video opens with a dark, close-up shot of a person's hand reaching for a door handle, with the MEDADOM logo and time displayed. The scene quickly transitions to a man, Fred, entering his apartment, looking tired. He goes to the kitchen, makes tea, and coughs. A notification pops up on his phone about a professional meeting. He then launches the Medadom app and starts a video consultation with a doctor. The doctor appears on screen, and the consultation progresses. The video ends with Fred looking at his laptop, seemingly preparing a social media post, and the MEDADOM logo with app store availability.
