The text "ПОНЯКОГА, ВЪПРЕКИ УСИЛИЯТА, ОТСЛАБВАНЕТО ИЗГЛЕЖДА НЕВЪЗМОЖНО" (Sometimes, despite efforts, weight loss seems impossible) appears on screen.

The ad opens with a dark green background with rays of light. Text appears, followed by yellow ribbons that stretch across the screen. A tree and bushes are visible. A man and a woman are shown walking, seemingly struggling against the yellow ribbons. The woman is then shown alone, looking frustrated and pulling at the ribbons. The scene transitions to a website address and then a logo for Lilly.
