A man performing a plank exercise.

The video opens with a man on his knees on a yoga mat, appearing to adjust something on his leg. He then transitions into a plank position, holding the pose. Interspersed are blurry shots of a woman in a gym setting. The man continues to hold the plank, looking tired and then smiles. He then transitions back to his knees, looking exhausted and wiping his face. The final frames show an end card with promotional text.
