The woman holding her head in pain.

The ad opens with a woman sitting in what appears to be a sound studio, holding her head as if experiencing a headache. She is wearing headphones. The scene transitions to a close-up of her face, and then to a product shot of Ketonal Active. The final scene shows the product box with text overlay.
