A young woman speaking directly to the camera about a difficult childhood memory.

The video opens with a young woman, Isabella Sackett, sitting in a yellow armchair, speaking directly to the camera. The scene then transitions to a shot of two women walking on a beach at sunset. The final scenes show the ocean at sunset with text overlays and the Vertex Pharmaceuticals logo.
