A croissant with a glowing, stylized representation of hidden sugar.

The ad opens with a croissant against an orange background with a large, translucent 'X' shape. The 'elmex' logo appears. The scene transitions to a stylized, glowing croissant representing hidden sugar. Then, various food items like bananas, an apple, bread, spaghetti, and another croissant are shown. The ad then focuses on a tube of Elmex Anti-Caries Professional toothpaste. Text appears highlighting its benefits. A 3D animation shows a tooth being attacked by sugar acids and then protected. Finally, a dentist is shown with a 'Recommended by dentists in Poland' badge, and the Elmex toothpaste packaging is displayed.
