A croissant with a large, translucent 'X' shape behind it.

The ad opens with a croissant on an orange background, with a large, translucent 'X' shape behind it. The Elmex logo appears on the left. The croissant then transforms into a microscopic view of sugar particles within a croissant shape on a blue background, with the text 'Ukryty cukier' (hidden sugar) below. The scene shifts to a product shot of Elmex Anti-Caries Professional Junior toothpaste, with the text 'Chroń zęby swojego dziecka' (Protect your child's teeth) above it. The final shot shows the toothpaste box with the text 'Elmex Anti-Caries Professional Junior' and a cartoon tooth holding a toothbrush.
