Close-up of Dr. Fred Hollows wearing magnifying glasses.

The video opens with a close-up of an ophthalmologist, Dr. Fred Hollows, wearing magnifying glasses. He then interacts with a patient, holding up a dark object, possibly a hat, and making a comment. The scene shifts to an operating room where Dr. Hollows and other medical staff are attending to a patient lying on a bed, with one eye bandaged. The patient gives a thumbs-up. The pacing is documentary-style.
