Two young women tying their running shoes in a park setting.

The video opens with two young women sitting on a picnic bench in a park, tying their running shoes. The camera then zooms in on their hands tying the laces. Next, one of the women speaks directly to the camera, wearing a white hoodie. The two women are then shown running on a wooded trail, one carrying a water bottle. They smile and interact while running. The first woman again speaks to the camera, followed by the second woman. The video concludes with an end card showing the two women running and text overlay.
