The initial text overlayed on the woman's face, "ColdZyme kan inte korta ner pinsamma tystnader."

The ad opens with a close-up of a woman looking slightly annoyed, with text overlayed. The camera then pans to her arms crossed, and then back to her face. The scene transitions to a wider shot of the woman and a man, with the ColdZyme logo and more text. The overall pacing is slow and deliberate.
