A man smiling and waving on a video call.

The ad opens with a man on a video call, smiling and waving. Text overlays appear, and the scene transitions to him speaking directly to the camera, then to a close-up of a smartphone displaying the BetterHelp website. The ad then shows the man on a phone call outdoors, with a city skyline in the background. Finally, it returns to the man speaking to the camera, interspersed with shots of him interacting with the BetterHelp website on his phone, and ends with a green screen with text.
