A man claims his wife looks better now than ten years ago.

The video opens with a couple in athletic wear smiling at the camera in a kitchen. The man puts his hand on his chest and gestures. The woman then appears and speaks directly to the camera. The scene transitions to a woman on a stage speaking into a microphone, with a 'FITNESS IT' logo behind her. The final scene shows the same woman on a beach at sunset, posing and smiling.
