The initial shot of someone climbing stairs, with the text 'Boah! Treppensteigen ist echt langweilig.'

The video shows a person climbing stairs. Initially, the focus is on the legs of a person in sweatpants and sneakers ascending a wide, outdoor staircase. The scene then shifts to a person in athletic wear (long-sleeved top and leggings) climbing a similar outdoor staircase, with a fence and buildings in the background. The footage is presented in a multi-panel format, with close-ups of the legs and wider shots of the person climbing. The pacing is steady, emphasizing the repetitive action of climbing.
