The animated, colorful characters in a surreal environment.

The ad opens with animated, pink, blob-like characters with tentacles in a colorful, fantastical environment. One character is climbing a structure, another is swinging, and a third is standing. The scene then transitions to a close-up of one of the characters' eyes, which is blurry. Next, a shot of a person hiking up a rocky mountain appears, with small flowers blooming on the side. Finally, the ad shows the product packaging for Allegra D, with a pill and text overlay.
