The initial close-up of Mario adjusting his iconic red cap.

The ad opens with a close-up of Mario adjusting his cap. It then transitions to a scene with Yoshi riding a motorcycle in a desert town with characters wearing sombreros. Next, text appears over a desert landscape with pyramid-like structures. The text changes to 'GET NOW TO THE 1 MOVIE IN THE GALAXY'. Mario is shown flying through space, followed by Luigi. Finally, Princess Peach and Mario interact, seemingly agreeing to a handshake, before the movie title card appears.
