The bold text 'Gold rush.' on a striking red background.

The video opens with a red background and the text 'Gold rush.' followed by 'The Economist' logo. It transitions to a question about gold's rise, then shows a seedling, a graph of gold prices, a man speaking, a stormy sea with a ship, money printing machines, and finally a hand offering coins. The pacing is quick, intercutting between graphics, footage, and a speaker.
