A woman smiling and a man calling out a name.

The ad opens with a woman smiling, then cuts to a man looking around and asking for 'Viki' or 'Vicky'. The screen then shows a phone displaying the Rakuten Viki logo and text. It then shows close-ups of people watching dramas on their devices, including a scene from a zombie movie and a massage scene. The ad ends with a TV screen showing a dramatic close-up and then an end card with text about Viki.
