BMX riders lining up at the start of a race.

The video starts with a BMX race, showing riders on a track with a large 'HELL TRA...' banner. It then cuts to a starting line with racers, a checkered flag, and a person waving a green flag. Text overlays introduce the film as a 'cult classic underdog story' and mention its 40th anniversary. We see quick cuts of BMX riders performing stunts, a close-up of a smiling man in a Mongoose BMX shirt, and a woman in sunglasses. The footage includes scenes of a disco party and more BMX action, including a rider doing a backflip. The end card shows dates and a website.
