A chimpanzee interacting with a child.

The ad opens with a chimpanzee named Ben interacting with a young girl. The scene shifts to a young woman smiling, then back to Ben and the girl. Text appears on screen, followed by a shot of Ben looking down. Then, a woman looks concerned, and Ben is shown again. The woman says "It's me, Lucy." The scene becomes dark and intense, showing Ben's face close up, then the title card "WHAT'S WRONG WITH BEN?" appears. The ad ends with a woman looking distressed and a final title card.
