The dark, suspenseful atmosphere and the distressed voice of the caller.

The video opens with a dark, ominous shot of a house at night. A phone call begins with an operator asking for the emergency. The caller, a distressed woman, pleads for help, stating someone is going to kill her. The scene shifts to show the interior of the house, appearing ransacked. The woman is then seen in a car, terrified, as a shadowy figure approaches. The car speeds away, and the title card appears. The final scenes show the woman in the car, looking back in fear, and then the movie title and release information.
