The initial scene of a nurse running urgently down a hospital corridor, combined with the fast editing, creates immediate suspense.

The ad opens with a fast-paced montage of medical scenes. First, a nurse runs down a hallway, followed by other blurred figures. Then, a man with curly hair looks concerned. Next, a woman is shown blindfolded and gagged, surrounded by masked individuals, with the text "NOUVELLE SAISON" appearing. A close-up of a doctor's worried face follows. A young woman looks intensely at the camera. Two surgeons in masks and gowns are performing a procedure, with the text "Une ligne invisible" overlaid. An older doctor with a stethoscope looks sternly at the camera. A group of masked figures carrying weapons are seen in a hallway, with the text "entre la vie et la mort" appearing. A nurse looks distressed. Finally, a woman with blonde hair looks directly at the camera with a serious expression, followed by the text "STAT". The ad ends with the ICI TOU.TV logo.
