The initial text "Melhores sustos da semana!" combined with the scared reactions of people in a dark setting.

The video opens with a young man and woman in what appears to be a dimly lit, possibly haunted, attraction. Text overlays appear, indicating "Melhores sustos da semana!" (Best scares of the week!) and "Circo dos Horrores Ep.1" (Circus of Horrors Ep.1). The scene then shifts to show various people reacting with fear and surprise to something off-camera, interspersed with shots of clowns and spooky circus-like imagery. The pacing is fast, with quick cuts between reactions and unsettling visuals. The video ends with a title card "HORA DO HORROR" (Hour of Horror).
