The initial shot of the "Backrooms" title on a movie theater screen.

The video starts with a shot of a movie theater screen displaying the title "Backrooms." Then, it shows a young woman sitting in the theater, holding a bag of popcorn. She exits the theater and walks through a dimly lit hallway with neon lights. She then enters a restroom, looks in the mirror, and appears distressed. The scene shifts to her walking up an escalator and then entering a parking garage. She approaches a car, and the final shots show a close-up of her face looking terrified, followed by a bag of popcorn spilled on the ground, and finally, an end card.
