Fast-paced shots of female athletes competing in a track and field event.

The video opens with a blurred shot of runners on a track, then transitions to a close-up of female athletes running in a race. This is followed by a shot of a poster for 'Athlos NYC 2024' featuring runners. The video then shows more footage of female track and field athletes, with text overlay.
