The initial text "I COULDN'T GET AN ONLINE DEGREE TO FURTHER MY CAREER." creates intrigue.

The video opens with a woman with curly hair wearing an apron, smiling at the camera. Text appears on screen. The scene then transitions to a man with glasses and a beard, wearing a brown shirt and a beanie, talking on his phone and holding a coffee cup. More text appears. The video ends with the WGU logo and a call to action.
